I was at a point in my life that I knew I needed to change what I was eating. My standard american diet of meat and cheese was making me sick both on the inside and outside.

I needed to make a change for myself and my children.
A change that would result in me living a healthy fulfilled life rather than a disease ridden sick life.

It terrified me to think of what would happen if I didn't make a change. Staying stagnant was not an option.
​
Going plant based helped me lose the weight, reverse my existing health conditions (high cholesterol, reflux), and give me peace of mind over the future. I know I am doing everything I can to live my longest, healthiest life.
